Around Chennai

Chennai city features one of the four and smallest metropolitan city of India. Day 05
On the fifth day the tours changes its course and now heads for the south along the coast of Bay of Bengal. The places to be visited include Cholamandal Artists' Village, VGP Park, MGM Dizee Park, Crocodile Bank and the town of Mammalapuram. It is an overnight stay at Mammalapuram.

Day 06
The sixth day of the tour starts by exploring the famous temple and cave architecture at Mammalapuram. The temples, sculptures and bas-reliefs are some of the attractions for the day. Towards the end of the day the tour heads for further south into the region of Kanchipuram. Its is an overnight stay at Kanchipuram.

Day 07
The seventh day starts with the exploratory trips to the popular pilgrim places at Kanchipuram. Some of these places include Ekambareshvara Temple, Kailasanatha Temple, Vaikuntha Perumal Temple, Kamakshi Amman Temple, Varadarajaperumal Temple, Sankaramandam, etc. In the late evening the crew retreats to the city that is Chennai. After a good sleep and early in the morning the tourists are bid farewell and this marks the end of the tour.
